3 Veges,2 Fruits

It sound simple but too practice it seem too hard...

eating of 3 serving of vegetables and 2 serving of fruits daily seem unpractical for those who are claim they are too busy or not have enough time to take it..but if we think about the benefit of having this everyday and the risk that you will face if you not meet these requirement you will think twice...

As we know vegetables and fruits are good sources of vitamin,minerals ,phytochemical and also antioxidant which can help us in preventing diseases,reduce the risk of having colon cancer,reduce tedency of over eating, reduce the level of cholesterol,help in control blood sugar level.....
